Here we upload the source codes on soliton Kerr comb generation and deterministic soliton switching behavior in associate with cavity thermal effects. These codes were initially used to simulate the full process of Kerr comb generation upon laser forward and backward tuning schemes, and also to make a GIF picture for presentation. The latter is also attached in the Supplymentary Information of the journal article "Universal dynamics and deterministic switching of dissipative Kerr solitons in optical microresonators" (https://doi.org/10.1038/nphys3893).Correspondence: hairun.guo@shu.edu.c
